Important Troop Policies

• Only boys with up-to-date scout registrations may go on campout.

• Adults may attend campouts but MUST be registered with Scouting America and be current in “S.A.F.E. Guarding Youth” prior to attending any campout. Please plan on the process of registration to take up to two weeks after you have completed “S.A.F.E. Guarding Youth.” This is a Scouting America policy. To sign up, go to the “joining information” link at the bottom of the page.

• Children who are not registered with Scouting America are not authorized to attend. (This is a Scouting America policy.)

• Campouts have a signup deadline. Campout information will come through GroupMe. Parents must let us know through GroupMe, by the cutoff date, for their Scout to be able to attend.
